A great weekend thanks to Ridgeway Medi spa grand opening, we had the Howard Taylor and Swindon Wildcats waxing for Wiltshire air ambulance, ouch a few tears but don't worry only from the boys !!
It's great to see lot's of people using Next Generation too, the outdoor pool has been packed with our mini Indian Summer, but I still managed a quiet moment Sunday morning to get it all to myself one last time this year. Swimming indoors just isn't as much fun somehow.
Now the cold weather is here we need to start nourishing our hair and skin, central heating is extremely drying to both, so we are offering a FREE hair masque with every appointment to get you started. |

Good Morning
I am happy to report that I drove my car to work today, no big deal unless you recall I haven't driven since 31st January !! Did I drive like a learner, of course I did- but the freedom was fantastic. I am back on my feet now, although only for short periods of time but not on crutches at all, finally get to send all those mobility aids that are cluttering up my house back to the hospital, many thanks to GWR they have looked after me well.
